- Freight terms Freight will
be prepaid and allowed by Raptor Lighting group on any order
- totaling $500 or more.Each
individual shipment and release must totally $500 or more and
- must be shipped to and received
in the greater Chicago land area to Qualify for prepaid freight.
- For all other freight terms
please consult Raptor Lighting Group, directly. Delivery Standards
- We will notify you by e-mail
within 24 hours of placing your order of any products being back-ordered
- and will provide you with
an estimated availability date.
- We will continue to process
the order, or if you prefer, refund your credit card for the
- products back-ordered. Pricing
All prices are subject to change at any time with out notice.
- In the event of a price increase
Raptor Lighting Group will ship any order that has been
- accepted before the price
increase at the lower price.Return policy Products may
- be returned To Raptor Lighting
Group that meets the following requirements:
- All products must have prior
written authorization before it can be returned.
All products must be in the original unopened carton.
All products must be free of any and all damage or will not be
accepted for return.
All products must be in working order and salable condition.
All products will be subject to a 20% handling and inspection
fee.
All products must be prepaid freight if returned.
